This is a bug report but there's no obvious way to report a bug in the Evernote MacOS app or anywhere else. The "Share Feedback" option in the Help menu just opens up the default email client on MacOS. This is very frustrating as I don't use an app for my email client and I don't want to set it up just to email feedback. There should be a separate feedback form that makes it really easy to send feedback. I get the feeling Evernote doesn't want to make it easy to give feedback otherwise there'd be a much easier to way to do that. In any case the with the update to the new UI when I select a tag it doesn't highlight the tag, and it doesn't work for selecting multiple tags. This is the error message I get when I'm on the home page and also when I open the task popout. This is taken directly from the console when I open up the dev tools. I don't know why but I've got some audio attachments with the .m4a extension that can play from Evernote while there are others with the same extension but they don't play. The majority of them I've record from the voice recorder on my phone. I've got a couple that I recorded recently from the exact same phone and I can play one of them while I cannot play the other one. What can I do about this? Could it be something to do with the file info?

I can't believe this is something that I need to vote for. It was my assumption that when I set a reminder on a task I'll be sent a notification, otherwise why does this functionality even exist? If it doesn't send me an email or push notification what is this functionality even doing??

Yes! Communicating what is happening is very important. I'm a big fan of Evernote. The macOS version is great. I want to continue to use both the macOS and Android versions, but the latter version is becoming increasingly challenging to use due to how unresponsive and slow it is.

@Shane D.I'm just wondering if you're aware of the numerous comments from Android users about how painfully slow v10 has been? I created a post in the form here, but if you do a search through the Evernote forum and on the Play store you'll find many comments from other users complaining about this. The slowness is frustrating but what's worse is the complete and utter silence from Evernote recognizing this issue. Does anyone at Evernote know what's going on? If so, why hasn't anyone responded to all this feedback?

@PinkElephantLike I was saying before the Text formatting shortcuts are not editable. There are some, showing the ellipsis, that are editable, like this one. My cursor is over the top of "Move forward". It's not shown because when Mac takes a screenshot it hides it. In this case my cursor is over the top of "Bold" which, as you can see, doesn't have the ellipsis.

@PinkElephant@TonyLim I checked the shortcuts for these formatting and they haven't changed, nor can I change them. And, more importantly, they still don't work. I'd like to resolve this issue but not entirely sure how. I'm running a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 with Big Sur v11.4. I'm going to have a look into if there are any MacOS global shortcuts that are overriding the shortcuts in Evernote for these formatting items. That's the only thing I can think which could be preventing them from working.

I'm an Android user. When I started using the Evernote about 3 years ago I gave a very good review in Google Play with a star rating of 4 out of 5. However, the other day I had to update my review to represent the current state of affairs with the new Android app. I reduced the stars to 2 and updated my written review as to why. Namely, it's slow. Painfully so. I'm running the app on a Huawei P20 Pro so hardly a low spec device. At the least it was able to smoothly run the older app. I'm not the only one. If anyone at Evernote looks at the Google Play store reviews they'll see that there's widespread dissatisfaction with the performance of the updated app. Most of us don't really care about getting new features when it takes up to 6-7 secs to open a note that only has text in it. In the old app it didn't take near this long. This is clearly unacceptable especially when it was promised the new app would be better. Is there a timeline as to when these general performance issues will be resolved? I do want to add that I also use the Mac app and it's running great. There have been some minor issues but overall I'm happy with how it is performing. But the Android app is a key component in my work and everyday flow so it'd be good if these performances issues can be resolved.

Since the latest update of v10 for Mac the strikethrough shortcut isn't working. Also, when I upgraded from v9 to v10 the underline and italic shortcuts didn't work and they still don't work with the latest v10 update. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? Or anything else you'd need to know about to help resolve this issue? Below is other information from About Evernote window: Editor: v119.1.15375 Service: v1.30.2 Also, I'm enjoying v10. Except on Android it can be a bit slow. Other than that it's great!

I'm using v10.5.7 on Mac desktop and the following shortcuts don't work: Text underline Text italics Bullet point However, strangely, the shortcut for text bold works.
