  1. I'll start here. Problems I've encountered: 1. Scrambled/missing note content. I have seen text content moved around, random characters inserted , moved to different notes, and just plain gone. I recently lost most of the content of a note in which I had recorded model and serial numbers of appliances among other things 2. Inability to use Windows desktop version. When I try to login, Evernote says I've exceeded the two-device limit. In account information, the two devices are shown - Android phone and Windows computer. 3. I can't find a way to export notes or create a backup file. Maybe that's not available in Basic, but I can't find where it says so. Can anyone answer these issues?
