  1. I read the recent e-mail introducing table of contents functionality - a note that contains the links to other notes. I thought it a useful idea. However, a table of contents note has no special status within Evernote. As a result, it gets lost with all of the other notes, largely eliminating its usefulness. What I'd like to see is a way to filter table of contents notes so that they appear by themselves, making it easier to find them. Sure, one could manually create a notebook called, say, Table of Contents, and then manually place tables of contents in that notebook, but it would be much easier if Evernote recognized a table of contents as a special entity, easier to find, or simply automatically created the table of contents notebook and put table of contents notes there. Sure, one can also name tables of contents appropriately, and then search for tables of contents by name, but, again, it would be easier if Evernote already distinguished between table of contents notes and other notes. Also, it would be nice if notes that were included in a table of contents - or for that matter, had their note links included in other notes - were indicated in some way, so that one can see that a note is referenced in a table of contents - or other note - and identify to which table of contents it belongs. The programming of those shouldn't be too difficult to achieve.
  2. Thanks for the responses. As a subscriber, I submitted a support ticket. I'll report anything concrete.
  3. I experience the same issue as the OP on an iPhone. It is also a deal breaker for me and might result in my ditching Evernote. With Evernote open and looking at a note, if I switch to a different application then come back to Evernote, Evernote freezes in the note I was reading and reloads the note, reloading the note at the top of the note. This happens regardless of settings and syncing of notes and regardless of whether or not the notes are downloaded onto the iPhone. If I don't find a solution to the issue, I'll discontinue my subscription fees and discontinue using Evernote.
