I have submitted ticket 4 days ago because somehow all the admins account cannot add seats. The screen is forever stuck on loading. The ticket only told me to screenshot the console, which display this two message in red 'failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()' 'uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500'. They still have not answered my ticket, and I need immediate help!
