Downgrading worked. I think I first experienced this problem 2 months ago. Since I don't search by phone a lot, I did not press for a fix. Also I assumed EN would have a solution before the next time I tried to search. Guess I was wrong. Reading the comments, it seems it took EN awhile to come up with a workaround. However, thanks to the active user community, it only took me 15 min to find it here - Now I just need to remember NOT to update the app.
