How do I raise a support ticket? Couldn't find a way to do this earlier, hence why I came here.

I'm using Evernote v 10.17.8  on macos 10.15.7.
Since the last but one update I get the green circle animation for 10 seconds or more every time I launch the app.
Is this a sync problem? 
BTW I'm  sick and tired of being asked to update the app several times a week. It feels like I've become a beta tester!

How can I downgrade?

So deleting the app and re-installing didn't work either.
Had to use App Zapper to remove all related files, restart install again and now it works how it should.
I had to do this on iMac and macbook as both had the same problem.
About time Evernote supplied an uninstaller if the software is this buggy!

Signing in an d out didn't help. How do I uninstall on a Mac?

I could have sworn I used this button successfully after the major upgrade a month or so ago, but now it does nothing and I have no sidebar

It was great being able to collapse it as I'm always juggling screen space, but I'd like to be able to bring it back when needed.
Any advice appreciated.
