My name is Kevin, and I will be assisting you for today. First, I apologize for the delay in response. We have been experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of tickets. We are working extended hours and handling tickets in the order they are received. We hope to return to our normal wait period as soon as possible. It is my understanding that you are currently not able to attach an image to existing or new notes when you tap the insert (+) button and select Image because it's not responding. I'm sorry to hear about this and if this is causing any sort of inconvenience on your end. I'm happy to check on this for you and assist you with your concern. I'd like to thank you as well for attaching a copy of your activity log upon contacting us. Upon further checking and investigating, I was able to confirm that this is a known issue that has already been reported to our development team. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you now. Although I don't yet have a time frame for when this issue will be resolved, I can assure you we're working diligently to fix it as quickly as possible. We are also hoping to have this issue resolved permanently soon. In the meantime, I know that this may not be ideal to you but one workaround for now while it is currently being fixed is to attach the image by choosing the the insert (+) button and selecting Attachment instead.   2. I am having the same issue today. I sent a support ticket in for it.
  3. I have a paid account and I am experiencing the same issue. I'll have written an long article, jump to another note to grab some notes then i come back and a huge segment of the work i just did is gone. This is ridiculous. And there hasn't been a single reply from an Evernote staff member.
