Formatting of indented bulleted lists

I have the same problem; both bullet and numbered lists randomly change formatting when switching between Android and the web interface (Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 7). Just create a list with some indendation and try going between the interfaces a few times, and the rows will have lost their indentation all of a sudden.
