  1. I'm positive this is a common question considering there are tons of web posts about it. Our account is saying "You Reached Your 10GB Monthly Limit" when trying to scan documents into Evernote from our ScanSnap device even though it's the 6th of the month and we've hardly scanned anything considering it's the first week of the month. I can create a note manually and save it to Evernote, but when scanning it says it's over the limit. My online account says we have approximately 75% space left. Can anyone help with this. It's very annoying since we don't have an option of phone support.
