    Have you set the identification by face/touch ID ? App settings, Passcode. You need to set a passcode, and then enable biometrics.
    You could try to enable it to see if it solves the password issue.

    Sometimes it helps to simply download and install the app again.
    This from forum posts - I don’t have the problem. Running EN on 3 Macs, all on Sonoma.

    Use a desktop client, not the web client.

    You need to check if another app is using the same shortcut. Keyboard shortcuts are not unique to just one app. When another app has reserved the same shortcut for it's own use, it may have hijacked the shortcut EN tried to reserve for itself.
    It's not easy to find the culprit, sometimes. The Checklist-Shortcut can't be edited either.

    What you show is not the Mac desktop client.
    It is a view from the web client, running in a browser. Export of notebooks is available in the installed desktop client.

    You can’t download a pdf this way. What you get is a pdf symbol inside of a pdf document. The pdf format can’t hold a file inside of a pdf document.
    Export to HTML. You find all attached files in a folder of the Export.

    No idea how you can update to 10.59 ? Is it from the EN website, or from a third source ?
    All clients below 10.60 are deprecated by now. If it doesn’t update, it got stuck somehow.
    Log out of your account, quit the app. Now use the app AppCleaner to purge the installation. Restart the Mac.
    Now install from the website. You should automatically get the latest version, mine is on 10.67.4.

    In former breaches where hackers managed to open the accounts, EN staff reported that the hackers made searches for crypto wallets, and never came back after they didn't find any. In another case a crypto wallet was found and the content stolen.
    In general crypto information should never be stored on a connected server or cloud storage. But it seems stealing crypto coins is more or less the only interest of these scumbags. Which means they find enough to make cracking EN accounts a good enough "business".

    AFAIK the current clients (all of them) don’t support any client automation. Automations need to use the server side API.
    No idea if this is a decision (that could be revised) or a restriction. For desktop at least I have not found another app based on Electron that would support automations.

    You can view, you can even edit (when below the 25 MB size limit).
    You can’t create new ones, and you can’t move them to another notebook.

    It is a know issue, and all we can do is to wait for a fix. Not solved in EN iOS 10.61.1

    The options behind Send are email or share with an app.
    How shall we know into which app it went - oh, wait, let me rub my golden vase, rub, rub, rub .... no sorry, no white smoke, the dshini has his day off.
    I would check in the last app I used to save scans, my email, in EN and surprise - it may not have saved at all.

    This version is unsupported, and even if it outright fails, it fails. So let’s book this under „be happy as long as it’s only this that fails“.
    If you want to use the describe working method, you need to employ the new version. Which wouldn’t be the worst decision, you will need to do it anyhow, one day …

    From what I read I can't tell - but are you sure the note has synced from your mobile device at all ?
    Look at your notes list on mobile. All notes that carry a green triangle in the top right corner of the note entry still NEED to sync. This is not the symbol of an ongoing sync - it is the symbol that the sync has not yet happened. You can try to force a sync bei either pulling down the notes list a little, and let go, or by the "Sync now" option in app settings, synchronization.
    When it has reached the server, it will sync to the PC client once you open it up.

    No - the change of subscriptions does not change anything regarding the local install.
    But installing v10 does - it runs on its own database. The install doesn’t use the database legacy had installed.
    Maybe it just needs some time to run the full download. Let it open for a while in the background while the Mac is on and connected to the internet.
    You can check in the Mac’s activity monitor if the EN app is still having network traffic when you don’t actively use it.
    The other possibility is a corrupted local database. In this case the best way would be to erase the existing install, and start it fresh. But let’s skip this for now, if the only problem are missing attachments.

    There is no general bug, so nothing to fix. Search on the Mac client works just fine.
    It may be something got broken with your individual installation, like a damaged search index. Sometimes this can be fixed by a simple logout / restart / log back in.

    You should have done the necessary unsyncs before trying to connect your new Mac. You need to be down to 1 device before you can connect a new one. 
    The web client counts as a device - it is not necessary to log in just to download the software.
    Since you already used up the allowed 2 unsyncs, there are only 2 options left: You can wait for 30 days until the unsync lock lifts itself, or you subscribe for a month to lift it without waiting.
    You may think that both choices are not really attractive - but unfortunately there isn’t another, when the unsync lock has already engaged.

    Use the drive security provided by the OS, and you are safe. Both Windows (BitLocker) and Mac (FileVault) offer the option to encrypt the whole drive. It will only unlock when the device is accessed through a valid user account.
    If you don‘t protect the stored data, the content can be read, even though it is not as easy to read as the other files stored on the computer.

    The issue will be solved with release 10.58.1
    For iOS it is already available, and I can confirm that under iOS, the bug is squeezed. For Android as you can read from the version counter, it is still on the release channel. Apple seems to be significantly faster than Google in moving new versions from the Inbox to the AppStore.

    The general use is practically the same. There may be differences based on specific use cases, but the data model is unchanged (just extended by some addons like Tasks), the UI modernized, but easy to understand. Additional functions are found behind „3 dot buttons“.
    Try how it works for you, come back when you have more precise questions.

    It is known, if you searched the forum you could avoid posting questions already answered several times.
    The fix is said to be part of 10.58.1, at least for iOS. This may sound an awful long time away, but actually the version is already send to the AppStore on iOS, awaiting confirmation and release by Apple. No idea why Goggle is so far behind with the PlayStore.

    The option to publish full notebooks has been deprecated.
    You can only publish individual note by sharing a link. To publish a full notebook you need to use an external service, like postach.io
