Please upgrade your ScanSnap software, and everything should work even better than before. We are working on resolving that issue for the next update, but for now we wanted to offer 2 possible solutions to the affected users: 1) Downgrade to the 4.5.0 version. For this you will need to uninstall the 4.5.1 version of Evernote, and install the 4.5.0 version that you can download from this link: http://evernote.s3.amazonaws.com/win4/p ... 0.5229.exe Your notes will not be affected by this process. 2) Configure the ScanSnap manager manually: - In the task tray, right click on the ScanSnap icon and select 'Scan Button Settings' - Turn off 'Quick Menu' - Select the Application tab - Click 'Add/Remove' and add Evernote as an option. -- Evernote.exe is usually located in C:\Program Files\Evernote\Evernote.exe - Click Ok to save. After that you should be able to configure the scanning parameters, such as JPG or PDF and scan directly to Evernote.
