For awhile now, Evernote on my android has been extremely slow. And when I say slow, I mean it won't even open unless I keep touching my screen so that it doesn't flash off and then it won't open at all. Once it does open it seems to work fine. But it is completely unacceptable to have it performed this slowly. What on earth is going on? When will this be fixed? It is intolerable like this. I really like Evernote. But can't they test this prior to releasing it? I use a Samsung Note 9. This is not a slow phone. Not one other program takes this long to open. I love a lot of the progress I see in the desktop. But what on earth is going on with android phones? When can we expect this to be resolved?

@PinkElephant - that was really helpful. Thank you so much. Now I get it. @gazumped - thank you. Your response also was extremely helpful. We have had numerous issues with the syncing and has been a real frustration for us. We were trying to use a document with all three of us on a zoom call and making notes together. That does not work. It creates all kinds of sync issues. I've been thinking that even Google docs might be a better solution in terms of all of us being able to write at the same time. Do you have any additional thoughts on this?

Hi @PinkElephant, Can we use the same strategy to share a stack? It doesn't look like it's possible. But maybe I'm not understanding something. Let's say I share a notebook, and then one of the team puts it in a stack, would it didn't show up in the stack for all of us? Or can we all put it in whatever stack we want but continue getting updates to that notebook?

Hi, I have now written to sales, three times and still no response in more than 10 days. Maybe two weeks. If they can't be more responsible and organized than this, how can they help us be more organized? Three of us are now working more closely together and have an issue with Evernote. All of us are on the pay plan right underneath business and have paid for a year. I have been a member for quite a number of years. The issues that we are having is that Sharing doesn't really work as you would expect it to work. We can share notes from folders but not folders. All the shared notes are there separate from the folders were they really belong. This is frustrating beyond belief. So I wrote to them repeatedly asking how to make this better and if the business class service would make things work better. Crickets is all I hear. Sharing should be far more intuitive and useful. What is the use of sharing if it spreads notes all over the other persons Evernote and nothing is really organized? If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. If sales actually reads this, if there are any sales people, maybe you can respond immediately. Thanks

Being able to do basic calculation in Evernote, makes sharing notes between family members for budgeting purposes much easier and more valuable than if we had to get off of this platform and onto another to do the same thing. It keeps everything together. From the point of view of Evernote, you become the more valuable platform where everything can live, making it more and more probable that people will continue to pay.
