Hello Has anyone had issues upgrading on the App Store. I have subscribed to Evernote premium for a number of years via my iPad. The subscription area on the iPad said if an upgrade to personal is made refund will be made for the remaining subscription period. I decided to upgrade.The upgrade payment has been requested from my bank, but I can't see any change to the subscription on my iPad and when I open Evernote it's still showing as the old premium subscription. Please could anyone help? I have tried to submit a ticket but it tells me to contact the App Store, however the App Store said they can’t help on a 3rd party app.
