  1. I am using the free version of EVERNOTE. I had to erase and restart my current t iPad as a new device. EVERNOTE thinks my present decide is a 2nd device for which it wants me to upgrade to premium. It’s not a second device. It’s the same old device. I told it to drop my iPad. That didn’t help. Since I’m only entitled to two sync operations a month and now I’ve used one, I can’t afford to make another mistake. What should I do to access my NOTES?
  2. I have Evernote 10.27 and I’m trying to copy some photos elsewhere. To my Photo Library in my iPad would be perfect. I found the menu that suggests that I can do this, but when I tap on “Save Image” I can’t find where it is saved. It is not in my Photo Library. Where else can it be? Also, is there any way to transfer an entire page to the Notes iOS app?
  3. I just acquired a new iPad a couple of days ago. That meant I had three devices temporarily and as a,Basic subscriber I’m only entitled to two devices. Okay. Populating my new iPad automatically unsynched the discarded ipad. I’m back to the two allowed under my Basic subscription. Then I signed into Evernote an hour later and Evernote insisted I had too many devices, so I unsynched the same discarded device again. Evernote still did not allow me to proceed to my notes, Evernote asking me AGAIN, so I dutifully unsynched the old iPad AGAIN. Then EVERNOTE locked me out, saying I had exceeded the limit of 2 unsynchs. WHAT? Now I can’t access any of my notes. WTF! I can’t function on a daily basis without access to one of my Evernote notes. Then I discover that I cannot expect support help as a Basic user. I am ANNOYED.
  4. I’m with you d4l3. This is a BUG and it is not only disappointing but very annoying indeed! There is no workaround short of spending money I don’t have or want to use for that purpose. Grrr....
  5. No, there is a big bug. The software fails to recognize that it is asking me a second and then a third time to unsynch a device THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN UNSYNCHED! I had no idea that answering that request would cause me to run afoul of the Unsynch police. At the time, I saw no way to avoid responding to the request to unsynch the device again. And then again!

I can’t function on a daily basis without access to one of my Evernote notes. I already hate the new version of Evernote. What are they trying to accomplish anyway? This situation reminds me of a technical class I attended at my company years and years ago. I don’t remember the purpose of the class, but we programmers had access to the code written for the device we were there to learn about. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BADLY WRITTEN CODE. It looked like something written by a trainee in their first programming class. And it was out in the field on customer devices! I hate to think of the bugs. Has Evernote done something similar? Entrusted its coding to unqualified supervisors and unqualified coders? That's the only explanation that comes to mind after reading the many complaints.

  8. I have several issues. I use Evernote as an iOS app. 1. You changed the text size in all my notes to this tiny size so I can hardly read them. WHY? Do you have a means to change the font in ALL my notes globally? 2. At startup no longer present the last note worked on, but all notes lumped together. The least you could do if you must make a change was to start with a “Notebook” listing.
  9. I would like to know how to set a default too. I have the opposite problem. I would prefer Evernote to open in the last note I worked on. If it’s only minutes since I left Evernote, It usually returnes me to the note I was just working on,, but after some time has elapsed, and I dont know how much time that is, I find myself at the main page. I find this default inconvenient as it often does not give me enough time to research something I want to add to my note.
