Pink Elephant, I just uninstalled Evernote and then downloaded and installed the new Evernote. The data remains the same, with many long gaps between notes. The notes that formerly went missing are still missing. I looked for Evernote data in drive C. I seem to have located it in C:\Users\USERNAME\Evernote\Databases . There is a very large EXB file. Should I manually delete this file and/or any others? OR: Should I uninstall Evernote and then manually delete all of its data, and _then_ re-install a new Evernote? Thanks again -

agsteele, Thanks so much for the description above! Question: I use Evernote on my Windows laptop only rarely. I use it on two android devices frequently. It is then safe(er?) to delete all data on my Windows laptop and allow it to repopulate? Thanks again ! P

My Evernote version 10.33.5-win-ddl-public no longer syncs. Last note to sync was end of December 2021. I wrote tons of notes since then. Only one appears after 2021, it's dated February 10th. It's now 3/30/22. This problem has persisted since end of 2021. Please advise - thanks -

Thanks very much for describing the difference between syncing and the importing of web clips. It did occur me to that some web clips could be corrupted, thank you for clarifying. Case closed, thanks

Update: I just uninstalled and reinstalled the Android app. All web clips from 7/17 - 7/24 were lost. New clips are successfully syncing. What is the likely cause of this? Is there anything I could have done to avoid it? Tnx -

Web clips no longer sync successfully. This started 7/17/21. Every time I generate a new web clip, the Android app shows an additional clip attempting to sync. But in actual fact all that is happening is that another item is being added to the number of notes "syncing" (but actually not successfully syncing). I am able to create notes in both Android and web browser versions by starting a new note and then typing in it/adding items to it. Both Android system and Evernote app are latest versions. Again, this web clip "paralysis" started 7/17/21. Any diagnoses or suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

Hi, I would like to know how to change the "snippet" image when the following occurs: I created a note with an attached pdf. I observed that I uploaded the wrong pdf. I deleted that pdf in the note. I then had an empty note. The original snippet remained in the middle column. I then uploaded the corrrect pdf to the same note. Result: The "snippet" (thumbnail) in the middle column is still the image of the wrong pdf. ...Is there any way to change the snippet, or do I need to delete the note and create a new one with the correct pdf attached? Thanks -
