Same here. Really annoying, and it makes EN half as useful. Contacted support and they answered me this this was by design, not a bug. Hard to believe, but...

The latest iOS update removed the PDF preview from notes list. Now we get a big ugly gray file icon. Evernote support responded it is by design and I should submit a feature request! Really?? Please get this fixed ASAP!
