I've continued to have this exact issue for the past couple months (I think December 2020 when this first got posted). It happens on both my Windows 10 work computer and my Macbook Pro running OS Big Sur. I've also noticed the correlation with my computer having hibernated/slept/not been restarted. I've been a Premium User for many years. It's rare for me to get frustrated and I'm just okay with a force quit on either computer, but the frequency is getting frustrating.
