I have been seeing this slow title delete and retype in the last couple of days myself working on my ipad. And some days evernote was taking up to 6 minutes to boot up. I reinstalled and that helped for a few days. But all in all it's very glitchy. The sync is unreliable and again and again I lose some portion of my writing.
