Hi All, Last night I had to factory reset my phone, before doing this i double checked that my account was being backed up as is linked with my gmail on my HTC One M9. I have now gone back on to it today to find that at least one of my notes is missing while the others are okay. I have checked trash, others devices to no avail. This note is exceptionally important as it was one i used day in day out. Can anyone help me?? Thanks, A Devastated User.
