I wrote to the Evernote helpdesk. They asked me to rename the Evernote folder in ...Library/Application Support map into 'Evernote.old' and open Evernote again. It seems that the problem is solved that way. Thanks for your help.

Catalina 10.15.7 Subscription 'premium'

The latest 2 months, every time I want te open Evernote in the latest version on my Mac I receive the mention 'There is something wrong with us. Close te app....' See attachment in Dutch. I can open Evernote in the older version but that cannot be the intention to use older version. What can I do?

I'm new to this Forum; I'm an Evernote premium user since years and I have no problems with my Mac, my One Plus 5T Android smartphone and my Acer Chromebook. Just bought a Samsung Tablet E and when I want to open a lager note I receive the message 'We cannot open the notes on this device. Please use Evernote on your computer to look to the note' (in Dutch language). That's not pretty to read, because I bought this tablet to read the notes on a bigger screen. Did someone already find the solution?
