    I had this same thing happen to me, accidentally deleted a Note on my iPad 7th Gen. I went into Evernote.com and on the left is a TRASH icon. I was able to open the deleted note, and there was an option to Restore it. I am a Premium member, so I don’t know if this is an option or not for everyone.
