I signed up on the forums to voice my complaints on this issue. there are multiple threads, and we have to take steps to clear cache both through safari AND through finder to get this simple service to work despite paying for the service? what a con. switching after my current subscription ends.
with the insane lag on a brand new MacBook Pro Retina display (when you scroll the app lags) and now the clipper not working. I'm not renewing anymore and switching to bear. I have had enough. I pay for this service and have to do massive research to get basic features working.
