  3. I hope they resolve this fast. IT has been two months. I believe it has something to do with the April update.
  4. additional info: When I create a note on my wife's shared notebook and tried to sync it. It is not syncing. Error message is "network error. please try again." I am using Evernote with version 8.0(Basic) on my Samsung S8 phone. I have done the steps in troubleshooting mentioned in this article: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313378 .
  5. The same error I get. My wife has a premium account and shared and notebook to me so we can share notes. When I am using my Samsung S8 phone and try to sync a note created on the notebook she shared, it is not syncing. This only happens when using my Samsung S8 phone ( I tried doing it on a browser on my laptop and it is syncing). I think this happened on my phone since April after installing the latest update.
