I am having the same issue.

Is there a way to use a Selection clipping and have it get highlighted and/or jumped to when the Evernote embedded URL is accessed? The Evernote correctly displays the Selection, but when I access the associated URL it starts at the top of the webpage. I'm assuming this may not work, because if there aren't HTML anchors from the content creator then there isn't a way to go directly to that specific subsection of the webpage.
