Hello, I am trying to run evernote backup on my windows 11 pc. Sorry but I don't understand how it works. I open a command prompt with the path to evernote-backup exe and then ???? What's next? I would be very grateful for your help

Windows / EVERNOTE 10.2.4 build 1949 As mentioned above it is not possible do decrypt my encrypted text in evernote. I tried to edit decrypted text, but this was not possible. So i tried to decrypt it permanently for editing. It started but then stopps, the circle (hourglass) always is turning and turning but nothing happens.The decrypted informations do not appear.... The same on evernote web, and the same after restart Help! I hope the informations are not lost. How can i go back?

You dont need to go to the registry, just go to extra/options/General and disable Hardware acceleration. This gives the same result. For my System this works

Hi, i have the same problem, black notes, high cpu, many evernotesubprocesses in taskmanager. After a while the note is visible, when going to another note the same happens again.. Disabling hardware acceleration fixed it
