I would also like to express my interest in Evernote supporting markdown and LaTeX mathematical typesetting. I take extensive technical notes for my research and development and I have a very consistent need to document code and math together in the same note. Additionally, a quote field (in line with the markdown suggestion) would be very helpful. If there were another note taking application that supported these (and I could easily import my existing history of notes to it), I would leave Evernote over this.
