Search Function Not working

I have the same problem. Tech advised to sign out of all my devices and sign in again. It does not help. Everything has also slowed down to such an extent it takes 15 minutes to find a note. Keeps telling me I have no such note, cannot find tags either in a hurry. Evernote has become useless to me.
