We released a new version of iOS app yesterday with few fixes related to share extension. It will be great if you all can give version 10.0.3 a try and report any new problem you encounter. We are still working on improving the sync but yesterday's release should alleviate some critical issues.

We are working on finding a way to create the note without having to open the app and this is a very high priority for us. This sync message is a placeholder for the time being.

@nonenone Would it be possible to get an copy of this note? You will be able to export it as a ENEX file from desktop. You can right click on the note to access export action. Very much appreciate your help here.

@John WG & @PinkElephant Thank you for your patience. We are working on missing tag and title functionalities and they should be included in future releases. For simplified clipping, you can click on the html block and select the highlighted icon to simplify the clip.

@ALEX529960 We are working on share extension performance. The notes are taking longer to sync and we are fixing it soon. Could you help me with additional information to debug the issue? How many pictures were shared? Did the note get created later in the day? What was the lag? Thank you for your patience.

Thank you everyone for all the feedback. We are working on adding Tag. Also, improving syncing and performance is a very high priority for us. This sync message is a temporary fix in the meantime until the performance improves. I do agree that it can get annoying if we show the message with all the shares. We are limiting it to be shown only the first five times and that fix is going out soon. We want to show it at least few times as some users might miss reading it the first one or two times.

@Stacey Thank you for your continued support and patience. We are working on providing a user setting to turn this notification off.

@NRosser & @s2sailor This is by design. We are trying to consolidate checklist and checkbox so that they compliment each other and don't have same functionalities. We want checklists to be more interactive and useful, so we have introduced checklists as a separate type of list (accessible next to ordered and unordered lists). With checklist, you can easily drag-and-drop them and indent them like other lists. In addition, completed checklist items are crossed out and faded so that you can more easily see at a glance which items remain. Because inline checkboxes could appear inline after text, we have kept them as a separate type, but we removed the list-like continuation behavior in order to emphasize that they are standalone checkboxes, in contrast to the new checklists. Look forward to hear your thoughts on it.
