First, obviously, it was a technical failure, so I was hoping (as an ancient service user) for some technical support for free  i'm sure this restore takes 30 sec. 

Secondly, the service does not provide the opportunity to subscribe for a month (it was my first idea after the accident :)), only for a year.

tell me, how can I pay for a month?

I made changes to 3 notes today. And suddenly all the images and pictures from this 3 notes were disappeared.

i used Evernote for 6 years and i have never seen smth. like this before. 

what should I do to get them back? Support chat is closed :((
