I have updated earlier today to the latest version of desktop app, however, is not synchronising, so I must use the web; I loved the desktop app, but now is not worth it. Also, it is wrong that the F9 shortcut is not working so to refresh the app; it was extremely useful for me. I must go to "my account info" so to confirm the monthly usage, earlier it was much easier to check it by pressing the "usage" button. It is necessary for me to use the desktop app as soon as possible as before, so please try to resolve all the issues, otherwise, I may need to cancel my subscription soon.

As a student of Business Economics, it is necessary many times to write on my notes mathematical symbols and equations; it is not available now, however, wouldn't it be a great feature?
