Been having the same weird displacement problem on my iPad Mini 4 with any stylus I use. Only fix is to quit and then re-open the app. I've been using the drawing function in Evernote to compensate but that's clunky as hell. Would appreciate suggestions of other iOS/Mac crossover notetaking apps at this point.
