Having the same problem - note titles are not printing since the latest Evernote update. I'm running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. When will this be fixed please?

I am having the same issue. Since the 6.13 update note headers no longer printing. Am running Mac OS X El Capitan. Note headers had been printing fine for 2 years - now they are not. There are no options available in preferences or in the print window.
