I have an active subscription that I purchased via Apple IOS last December.  I formerly had a Paypal subscription with Evernote, and realized that I accidentally had 2 Subscriptions active at the same time.  I contacted support and resolved this issue, and they updated my account to reflect this active subscription in the Spring of 2023.

However, around 3 weeks ago, I got completely locked out as the program no longer viewed me as a subscriber.  There is zero support right now going on 2 weeks solid.  As a desperation move, I subscribed again (so in 2 places again) on the website, but Evernote chat (the only way to get any kind of support historically) isn't online for 3 days now.

Anybody else?  HELP??

Today my Evernote quit recognizing my subscription on both my laptop and phone.  Logging in on either device prompted me to eliminate all but 2 devices to sync to.  I could not accomplish this on my phone since the screen code wasn't designed to scroll, so I couldn't continue.  Both devices acted like I didn't have a subscription.  But calling Apple to double check, I do have an active subscription.

Anyone else??

Well yesterday I had to update my Evernote to work with Mac OS 11.2.2 and I left my beloved Evernote version 7.  Here are a couple features I am missing already:

• Notebooks in Grid View
• The drop-down option to create a new note utilizing one of three notebooks you use a lot.  Now it appears to only let you create new notes in your default notebook.  I tend to create notes throughout my day that end up in either my work or personal notebooks frequently.  Now I'm finding myself doing frequent notebook revisions on the fly

Thoughts?

I can't believe this is even a thing - that the best notebook view isn't available anymore.  I absolutely can't stand scrolling through my notes.

All I want is the grid view of my notebooks again.  Just add the capability back as an option, that's all.
