Having this same issue the last two weeks. Smart fill for notebooks/tags on webclipper for Chrome (Mac OS 10.12.6, Chrome v 80.0.3987.163) is also not working and related articles not showing after clipping. Have tried reinstalling webclipper but no change. I also rely on it quite a bit.
