Same here.  Newly retired, I still use the product but only on 2 devices.  I received no notification it was renewing and downgraded to basic as well after I saw the charge on my credit card, fully expecting it would pro-rate a refund.  However, it says my premium is good through 2018.  I have submitted a ticket as well.  If I don't get a response I'll be reporting the charge to my credit card company as unauthorized.
