  1. I have been billed for the annual premium subscription but Evernote is not updating the system back to premium so that I can access my notebooks. The software keeps prompting me to renew and upgrade and bill me a second time. I require the system updated to work on all my devices on premium. I have sent in two service tickets since wednesday with no response from the customer support team. I cannot access my notebooks to conduct my business. I need this reactivated by noon. Otherwise I will need to take my data out of evernote and cancel the account then apply for refund. Are there any customer support reps available to address this issue?
