Evernote should definitely have a complete recap of the PDF annotations! I don't see any technical difficulty in doing so. Right now my way of having a complete recap is to use the "annotated only" function at the lower right in annotation mode. You can manually select one by one all the annotated pages but you cannot even scroll down with your mouse or keyboard. Scrolling down is only for the whole document. Besides, there's no way either to print them or to export them to a single document.
