  1. I must be getting seriously dumb in my old age, but I can't figure out how to 'reset comms in Edge'. Incidentally, one note was synced on 30 July (no idea what prompted that), but I did lots of work between 25 June and 30 July that didn't get synced at all. What I value most about Evernote is the seamless interface with all my devices.
  2. I use Evernote on 3 devices: Windows PC, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, and Samsung Galaxy Note II. Sync works fine on the two Samsung devices, but has not been effective on the PC since June 25. (Windows 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.1480. I have followed the advice in Troubleshooting (Sync Issues) but without success. I have checked the Evernote Web; it is up to date. I cannot find Internet Explorer; it seems a recent System Update may have removed it, because I remember it being there some time ago (I don't normally use it). The activity log this morning is as follows: Evernote for Windows 6.5.4.4720 (304720) Public OS: Windows 10.0.14393 User: john4o Memory: 36.7 MB Created: 2017/07/29 12:04:09 --- Bootstrap info: loadedFresh <bootstrap_info><profile name="Evernote"><settings account_email_domain="m.evernote.com" cardscanUrl="https://cscan.evernote.com/cardagain" enable_facebook_sharing="1" enable_gift_subscriptions="1" enable_google="1" enable_linkedin_sharing="1" enable_shared_notebooks="1" enable_single_notesharing="1" enable_sponsored_accounts="1" enable_support_tickets="1" enable_twitter_sharing="1" marketing_url="https://evernote.com" service_host="www.evernote.com" support_url="https://help.evernote.com/hc/"/></profile></bootstrap_info> --- Log opened on 2017/07/29 11:52:38 (UTC+1:00) 11:52:38 [15584] Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote\Evernote.exe" 11:52:38 [15584] Evernote for Windows 6.5.4.4720 (304720) Public 11:52:38 [15584] Client info: Evernote Windows/304720 (en-US, DDL); Windows/10.0.14393 (Win64); 11:52:38 [15584] Common Editor: ce-1.0.29.936-develop-win (37b21f0e0ce4cb64b49ea2234d305d4f61c18559) 11:52:38 [15584] Bootstrap info: Evernote (loadedBundled) 11:52:38 [14144] Requesting bootstrap info from "www.evernote.com" (en-US) 11:52:39 [14144] Bootstrap info: request to "www.evernote.com" returned profiles: Evernote 11:52:39 [14144] Bootstrap info: Evernote (loadedFresh) 11:52:39 [15584] Registered session count: 1, last session: 2017/07/29 11:45:00 11:52:40 [15584] Loaded session count: 1, last session: 2017/07/25 08:30:00 11:52:40 [15584] Opened database: C:\Users\John\Evernote\Databases\john4o.exb (45.8 MB Fixed 41.4 GB free) 11:52:40 [15584] * email: john.ogden4@btopenworld.com 11:52:40 [15584] * user: 12697819 11:52:40 [12112] Sync rate configuration changed: 11:52:40 [12112] * syncStateIntervalMillis=30000 11:52:40 [12112] * updateNoteWhenIdleForMillis=3000 11:52:40 [12112] * updateNoteDuringEditIntervalMillis=6000 11:52:40 [15584] Communication Engine client handler failed to retrieve cached events from local data store 11:52:40 [15584] Registered session count: 2, last session: 2017/07/29 11:45:00 11:52:41 [10640] 0% SyncState: devices used: 4 11:52:52 [15584] Launching url https://help.evernote.com/hc/?utm_source=evernote_app&utm_medium=windows 11:54:39 [4592] Received status code 200 when accessing URL https://update.evernote.com/public/ENWin6/ReleaseNotes_6.5.4.4720_en-us.html 12:03:14 [15584] Registered session count: 3, last session: 2017/07/29 12:00:00
