  1. UPDATE: Fixed ✔️ Our development team has deployed a fix for this issue. The Gmail add-on should be showing up again in Gmail.
  2. Hello, Thanks for reporting this. Our development team is currently working on this issue. This is absolutely a top priority issue right now, they are committed to getting that fixed out at the earliest possible time. I appreciate your patience.
  3. Hi all, thanks for reporting this issue. Our development team is currently investigating to find and implement a permanent fix for this error message. It looks like this issue is intermittent, and it may happen at anytime with random URLs. While not ideal, here's a workaround that might work in the meantime: 1. Sign out of your Clipper account: Invoke Clipper > Select Settings > Logout 2. Refresh your browser 3. Sign back into Clipper: Invoke Clipper > Sign in
  4. Hello, As a first step to isolate the issue, please make sure you are on the latest Safari version (Safari 13). If the issue continues, it is probably because the old Clipper version is still installed and causing conflict on updating to the new version. If this is the case, please try these steps to uninstall the old Clipper version: 1. Open Safari and select Safari > Preferences from the menu bar. 2. Choose Extensions > Evernote Web Clipper > Uninstall. 3. Quit and reopen Safari. 4. Once Clipper is uninstalled, please go ahead and reinstall it from the App Store.
  5. I understand the version listed on App Store is different than what it shows on Web Clipper. I totally understand this is confusing and I'll do my best to clarify this for you guys. The new release is 7.12.4 release version: 1.0.5. I understand you may see as 7.12.3 - 1.0.5 on Clipper, but it's the 3 last digits (1.0.5) that identifies the new version.
  6. When you get a moment, please check the box to enable the Clipper extension, like this:
  7. Hello Graham, thanks for your question. Web Clipper is not yet available for the Safari 13 beta version. However, please know that our development team is working to have Web Clipper ready when Apple releases the GA. I appreciate your patience.
  8. Hello, thanks for your question. To clarify, do you mean the collapsed Stack View like this? If so, this is already a feature. Please let us know if it's not working. Thanks,
  9. Hello there, The development team is currently working on this feature and they plan to have the option to sign in with Google on the next Outlook add-on release. However, at the moment, I'm afraid there's not an ETA when the new version will be released. I appreciate your continued patience.
  10. Thanks for reporting this. We've got some other reports about this issue this week. It seems that this is isolated to Chrome beta versions 75 and 76. Our development team is currently investigating the root cause to determine the best way to correct this issue. While not ideal, a workaround is to use the non-beta Chrome version (version 74). I appreciate your understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

  12. Hello, I'm following up the "Save" button issue with Evernote for Outlook on Mac. A new version was released (1.8.1) to fix this. Please refresh your Outlook to see the new version 😉
  13. Hi guys, Thanks for reporting this. We've had a few similar reports of this behavior in incognito mode. Our development team is already aware of this issue. At the moment, I don't have a time or date on when this will be resolved. While not ideal, please use Web Clipper in non-incognito mode as a workaround. I appreciate your time and understanding while we work to resolve the issue.
