When viewing a PDF and deciding I want to move it into my EN A new note I use this process: >>Apple Preview >Print>PDF pull down list>Save pdf to EN which now comes up with "print workflow" dialog behind the active pdf screen. This used to work and is (has been) my usual method of getting pdf's into my EN. Why am I no longer able to use the pull-down option in my Preview>PRINT pull down? What next steps do I take to create the note(s)? Drag and drop onto the EN Icon in my Dock? Thanks-Minnehaha

Setting a Apple Mail Rule seems a bit complicated and I would like some input for how or where one adds the Notebook designation @ sign or the Tag designation # sign in the Mail>Preferences>Rules>add @ or # to a subject line?
