Tables: Undo Weirdness & Browser

I wasn't having this issue for a long time, but it seems to be back again! No more undos in tables for this guy. Was a fix ever found?

Undo Doesn't Work Properly

I have this problem regularly, then it seems to work again, but it's been months now without an ability to undo - most often when I'm working in a table. Also, I've noticed that redo doesn't work sometimes either.
