Helping people curate their notes beyond adding tags will help people evaluate the usefulness of individual notes within a large collection of notes that have the same tag.
Suggestions:
Allow users to rate their notes with a 1-5 star rating and allow sorting by rating
Tracking number of edits, number of note displays so people can sort by most edited, most displayed within tag and/or search criteria
Improve curated information with user-rating of notes and tracking number of edits/displays
in Evernote for Android Requests (Versions 8.13.3 and under)
