I have been trying to get an issue resolved for the past week and no one has responded to my ticket or my forum. I bought the evernote scansnap which comes with a code to redeem premium and I redeemed it on the wrong account. (The account I redeemed it on already has premium and now my current account that I want premium for won't let me use the code.) It is for a business and I need to get this fixed. I sent in an email to support and have a ticket # but have never heard anything back, and yesterday I added the question on forum. Please advise or give me a direct # if there is one so I can talk to someone. Thanks

i am having a related problem getting in touch with evernote. Someone _started_ helping me, but now doesnt respond. I cannot access help from the help page because no matter which browser i use, the support page does not say that i am signed in (have re-re-re-re signed in. am signed in on forums and for my evernote account), which means i cannot submit a ticket or get chat help. It is very frustrating because i am haivng some serious problems with my evernote. Also, i am a premium user so i should be able to access all this.
