The Evernote web clipper works on and off depending upon the day. Every since the update It does not work at all. Is there a setting or some thing that I can do to get this to begin working again?

I am now having a problem adding a new tag to any IOS devices with the 8.0 update? I can add existing ones but not a new one. Help please.
