I agree as well.  Moving between notebooks takes more taps.  If I want to see the notebook that I was viewing last, I have to do several taps to navigate back to it because All Notes is opened by default.

It really feels like every major version since 7.18 has been a downgrade in functionality.  I've been a power user for 10 years as well, and now I'm considering searching for a replacement for my external brain.  Very frustrated.

I'm so tired of feeling like every major update to Evernote on iOS comes with really annoying issues that last for months.  

I have notebooks of 21, 23, and 56 notes that refuse to fully download and sync after an extended period.

A week or two ago, I left both my iPad and my iPhone on all night.  Everything synced.  Now, notebooks are unsynced again.  And, I'm getting frequent duplicate notes.

I've been with Evernote since 2010, and it feels like the iOS versions have been going downhill since 7.18.

I also wish that I could go back to the 7.1 (?) series of Evernote for iOS where things were fast and worked.

There doesn't seem to be a pattern to when notes take a long time to display or when I type a new note and then I lose the note contents after I click "Done".  In both cases, I get a spinning wheel until the iPhone / iPad shuts off because of interactivity or I just get frustrated and kill Evernote.

I'm on the latest version of iOS and Evernote and only have most notebooks synced for offline use.
