  3. Thank you. Yeah there is some issue with support not being able to receive my support requests and they are looking into it. Thankfully I have the support chat feature.
  4. I sent a support ticket in three days ago asking about this issue and I haven't received a reply. Things are looking good in my opinion. I am also going to switch to a new provider.

  6. I am a premium member and I also do not receive auto email replies every time when I create support tickets. There are many factors that can contribute to this such as email servers, routing, etc. That is why I would also like to ability to be able to see a history of support tickets.
  7. The entire iOS app that was just updated seems very slow and buggy to me. I having a hard time trying to use the app. Perhaps this is an issue with specific devices? The entire app is slow and sluggish now. I open the app, try to click the notes icon and I have to wait a few seconds for the app to respond. I have an iPhone SE which isn't the slowest phone on the market.
