I am having this same issue. When I write a checkbox on my Android, it does not show up in the Web Version. It is replaced by a bullet list. * Update - Updating my Evernote web version solved this problem. You can find it in the settings panel.

Want this feature. Basically can't search notes because of this. Take a lot of screenshots. Don't want them showing up in my search result because text want to search is in the bookmarks bar of the screenshot. Want text notes to pop up first that have my actual notes.
