I have tried to abandon evernote in favor of Quiver, just because it has markdown. I've transitioned just about all of my professional work over to it in fact, but the lack of mobile / windows syncing is the major factor preventing me from switching entirely. Anyone know _why_ Evernote is dragging their feet so much on markdown? It's not a super complicated spec. Hell, even a kludge like the Markdown Here plugin that does a quick processing step on your notes and renders your Markdown to evernote compatible html would be an advantage over what we currently have.
