Three weeks ago I accidentally upgraded one of my accounts to premium. I immediately had a chat with customer support and they said they would cancel the order and refund my money. Ever since then I have not seen a refund nor a downgrade to basic. We all know getting help from Evernote is almost impossible but I want my money back! Can anybody tell me how to actually talk to a human being. Am I missing something? I can't even find the chat area in support anymore. This almost has me switching to OneNote, almost. Few things bother me more than using MS software so for now I will keep trying.
