I am having a similar problem with Chrome (Windows 10) and CodeProject.com (example: https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1208383/Custom-Exceptions-Without-Constructor-Tedium ) You start the clipping, the selection on the text appears, but the box where you press to finish the clipping just never appears.
